Welcome to Our Surgery

Springfield Medical Practice is a small, friendly and welcoming surgery located on the Stratford Road, Springfield. Our aim is to offer access to high quality primary care services, helping to improve our patients health and wellbeing.

We are a part of Balsall Heath and Sparkhill Primary Care Network (PCN) and South Doc Services. Both of these partnerships bring benefits to our patients by offering access to local community services, offering patients a choice of services in the local area and making it easier for patients and their carers to access the care they need.
