Have you heard about our new Prescription Ordering Department (POD)?

POD is a  quicker and more convenient way to order your repeat prescription. All you need to do is call the surgery on our usual number, 0121 778 4321 and select option 2.

The lines are open from 8.30am – 5.30pm and you can call them direct without contacting the surgery on 0121 269 3330

The POD team are fully trained and there to help you with all your prescription and medication queries. You can:

• Please order your medication only when you need it by leaving a voice message.
• Order in a way that is suitable to you

Your repeat prescription will be processed in line with NHS guidelines and will be ready to collect from your chosen pharmacy or the surgery within 2 working days.

Your calls will be answered as soon as possible by the POD team. If the lines are busy there is the option to request a call back from them. You will not lose your place in the queue. when your reach number one a member of the team will call you back.

If you have, in the past, ordered your repeat prescriptions via a local pharmacy, please contact the POD team in future.

If you order your prescriptions online or via NHS app, you can carry on as usual with this
