All our clinics are by an appointment-only system.
Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery. We offer routine pre bookable appointments and same day telephone triage appointments for matters that can not safely wait. For same day appointments you will be offered a telephone appointment with a GP. You will be contacted by a GP to discuss your symptons and concerns and if necessary you will be given a time to come to surgery. We ask all patients to wear a mask when entering the premises. This is to protect our staff and vulnerable patients. We will also check your temperature and ask you to use handgel.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.00am. Home visits do take up more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
